Vikrant Dhote works at the intersection of the arts and professional growth**.** A compelling storyteller, Vikrant leverages his extensive background in the performing arts to inspire change. He was educated at the London International School of Performing Arts and St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.

With a commitment to social themes such as diversity, equity, and inclusion, Vikrant has been actively involved in creating and executing impactful training programs for clients like Mahindra & Mahindra, Vi, and Kellogg's, using his art to foster understanding and change.

His work in theatre, recognized for its innovation and emotional depth, includes notable performances like 'Shikhandi- The Story of the In-Betweens.’ Vikrant's foray into filmmaking has seen his projects 'Any Other Day' and 'Ajay' win awards and gain international recognition, showcasing his talent for storytelling that connects with and challenges audiences. He has also actively contributed to the queer arts scene, producing and curating works that give voice to marginalised stories.

In his workshops, Vikrant uses the transformative power of theatre to help individuals explore new facets of their identities and careers, demonstrating how creative expression can be a valuable tool for personal and professional growth.
